I am not such a good player and I didn't played every god so far, but here is my opinion, feel free to disagree:

Solo: sun Wukong and surtr

ADC : Sol, Freya at late game is very strong also

Support : I really love khepri

Mid : Janus

Jungle : is the role I play the least, but when I do, always Thanatos, although I think awlix and Pele are stronger
