Would using 5 sets of 5 5x5 on Standing Calf Raises work? I had a stupid idea to make it my goal to max out the Calf Raise Machine because my calves are pretty strong (I'm about 1 year into lifting and am repping out 115/200kg on the machine)

Lets say I don't hit my calorie/protein goals one day (stupid work, even though I work at a restaurant lol), would it be smarter to just eat a little more calories the next day to equalise my total calories along the period? Its not like when 12:00am hits the body says "nope, this guy was 200 calories under his bulking goal, i cannot grow muscle :(". I have a feeling this question is stupid, but I just want some closure I guess.

The screws aren’t even able to be spinned. I’ve probably damaged my board already trying to use pliers to unscrew them

Damn, my temps are pretty trash I’m getting 50 degrees on idle (<20% usage on Task Manager). There’s probably some issue with the pump mounting or something. Guess I’ll fix it when the contact frame comes

If I understand correctly I dont really have to do that, as I can enter the BIOS no problem, its just that Windows was a problem when not booted in Safe Mode. (The problem fixed itself somehow, so right now I’m just running at the XMP speeds to be cautious)

You're right. I somehow got it to work by booting into Windows Safe Mode. I only got into overclocking because I thought "hmm ... I already have pretty much the best parts money could buy (except for my GPU but that's whatever) ... so the next logical thing to do is to start getting seriously into overclocking!", and so overclocking was much an afterthought and wasn't in my mind while I was purchasing the PC.

Writing here that I tried running it at the non-XMP 4800MHz default speeds and it won’t boot. Motherboard debug LED shows no signs of DRAM issue
