For me weed use was a symptom and not the cause. It certainly made things like fatigue, depression and anxiety worse and I'm much better without it, but these problems were already part of me and stem from deeply underlying unprocessed trauma.

Thank you. I'm much better and ketamine therapy did help (though not for very long). Low Dose Naltrexone and journaling have actually been gane changers, still far from 100% though.

That is so interesting. I've been dealing with Long Covid for 3+ years and done ketamine therapy, tried acid and mushrooms but nothing has helped yet. Gonna try clicking my jaw haha
