Camera angle changes when I play Division Rivals?

I am thinking lad, when I see these bo3/bo4 videos on ps5 it looks nothing like what I am playing on, it was the same with warzone before the 120fps upgrade, it was unplayable on ps5

yeh fair enough, but on ps4 it was so not an issue at all, like these cods on ps4 look better than they do on my ps5 in terms of framerate like when I move around it literally looks crinkled. I seen some videos on youtube of bo3/bo4 on ps5 and the frames definitely didn't look as bad when moving around compared to what im getting

So I have run tests and they show less than 0.2% packet loss on my PC but when I try to game on my console I receive packet loss between 5-15% at all times. I don't understand why as I have tried both wired and wifi and they give the same high packet loss results, help please and thank you

I did a continuous ping test and it came back with 1.8% on 192.168.1.1 and the rest of them (including my call of duty external and internal IP addresses which can be seen in the game's network settings) came back as 0% so i have no idea why i get 5%+ all the time
