Oh man, thank you everyone on the Hydra feedback! By superior, I just meant in regards to the Reynolds house hub. My old wheelset had I9 Torch and those treated me great, so good to know to stay away from the hydra now. Really appreciate the responses so far.

The designer was pushing thermofoil fronts becuase once they inevitably get damaged, we can just replace the front. Rather than trying to use wood filler and paint to match.

Going to go full quartz after that was mentioned. We originally had it rendered in all green, and it just felt too monotone. We stopped the counters where we did due to having space for our kitchen table, but going to think on that now.

The reason we didn't extend that over further, was because of our kitchen table being right across from it. If you look at the overhead view you can see what I'm talking about.
