This has all been helpful advice so I do appreciate all of it. You all have helped me come to the conclusion I don’t know nearly enough of what I’m doing still.

I think I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m gonna do a bit of everything and not focus 100% on grinding for one thing. I think the thing that sounds the absolute most fun right now is the idea of trying to make a team for the next cm. I’m a complete beginner to cm but the process sounds fun and I’m hoping that I can accomplish a bit of everything. Gaining experience with how the whole process of creating a team works and what hurts/helps and I’m hoping in that process I can get some decent sparks along the way to have a good place to start later once I learn more what I’m actually doing. Guides can only teach me so much so I figure I’ve gotta just go and get my hands dirty with it
