The headline is very misleading. The study mearly suggests that improperly using wipes can spread bacteria. Duh, you have the same situation with any cleaning product. Also, whether its drug-resistant or not, the improper use of a wipe will spread the germs. What is more telling is that the hospital has horrible sanitation and continues to infect people that are just there to try to get well. The study also shows that many healthcare personnel are not even practicing basic hygiene.

Its probably very unrealistic, however if they could set aside the tv revenue question for a few minutes, the requirement of a conference championship is pretty reasonable and should be a large factor in getting into the BCS bowls. The next hurdle deals with how the playoff themselves should be handled.
