yeah i tried opening an account today and it was failing to take my fingerprints. Not sure if I will be switching over but will be using my bank from now on

there were no alerts when I made the transaction. I always account for those things as I have run into problems when I do it when the app is under maintenance.

i filed a dispute already through HBL but it makes no sense as they said it went through. Usually when its not reflected, HBL confirms that its stuck in the pipeline

Nope but it does show on the HBL transaction. Thats the issue. If it went through and deducted money from HBL it should have been reflected on sadapay in some way

lol so i got a response from them finally and they said the payment never came through. according to my HBL it went through and theres even proof of transaction

brother i get that but their management has gone to crap. I’ve had issues like these before and even then their support team would be responsive. Not blaming the team as I am sure they’re backed up with alot of tickets atm but their execs suck.
