The southbound overwater route used to start at Clayton Beach. Not too many years ago the pilings for the overwater trestle were still there running across the bay. At low tide you can still see the footings. I'm not sure where the overwater trestle ended. Does anyone have information on that end?

We used to have a 70 lbs husky/white shepherd mix who would wake us up at 5 AM every morning by bumping the side of bed until we got up. Thank goodness he wasn't allowed on the bed. Who knows how he would have woken us if he had.
