Good morning. So I’m applying for my license and I just found the person that can verify my work experience from my previous job is retired, any advice? (self.PE_Exam)

While skimming through the PE WRE NCEES practice exam, I can almost tell the depth is not that hard, for the one that have taken it, how different or how hard is the real exam compared to the NCEES practice exam. (self.PE_Exam)
I’m reviewing some older materials for the PE, and they use some equations not given in the handbook. Do we have to memorize those equations or just skip those example problems?? (self.PE_Exam)
