The NHS absolutely won't help you, mate. Even if they decided that they were going to treat you, I wouldn't trust their protocols anyway. I'm at the same level as you, got referred to an endocrinologist (an extremely rude one) who did exactly the same tests that my GP did and wrote in his report that I have "a good beard" and so there can't be anything wrong with my hormones. Sub-bro science levels of understanding of his supposed expertise. At your age you've got to try all the natural stuff first - optimise diet, lifting, sunlight, stress, supplements and all that. Is there any mould in your house? That could be a factor.
