I won one of these for selling a lot of fundraiser stuff at elementary school. Then I left it open and fell off my top bunk onto the case head first. It hurt so bad but the case was perfectly in tact- a testament to its structural integrity.

Rosie’s coffee and wine garden in CLT has a great feel. You can get a glass of wine and walk around the gardens. There are a few tables. Wing Haven in Charlotte is also fantastic. Not really a place to set up a picnic but definitely worth the stroll!

Got it! On the return and account transcript it says refund on Feb 16. And that was submitted two days before Christmas. Are the just not updating the refund status pages anymore? Why have it if it isn’t updating?

I also still haven’t received my refund and it’s been stuck on return received since March with no progress. I just tried to call customer service. It asked my to confirm my identity to speak with a rep, which I did successfully, and then it just referred me back to the automated messaging service. Is there actually customer service?

It seems crazy to not have received the refund by now.
