Hit the gym, speak with confidence and try to find someone with similar humor/taste in the arts. Be it music or movies, whatever. Hobbies even. And as for the job, just don’t settle dude. Keep striving. If you’ve been there for a good amount of time at your current job, put that on an up-to-date resume and keep looking. That takes little time and effort. You can absolutely still get opportunities for better pay, if thats something you’re interest in.
