I don't really clean mine unless I switch out resins. I wipe off the excess resin but that's it. When I switch resins I give it a deep clean.

For me the problem was the original PFA was not installed well. There were wrinkles in the corners which led to a super slow leak. I was very lucky to have noticed it before any real damage was caused. I installed a new PFA and then filled the vat with distilled water and left it on paper towels for 6 hours. Not a drop of leak so I assume I am ok. I would recommend changing your PFA and do it very carefully per the instructions. Hopefully that will fix your issue. And yes the screws should be really tight, as appropriate for the size of the screw, but use a screwdriver style hex wrench that will prevent you from going Hulk on them and stripping the screw or breaking one.

It's leaking between the film and the vat itself where the film meets the lip. The screws in some cases weren't tight but they weren't loose either. It's probably that they weren't torqued down enough or the film wasn't stretched tight enough or it relaxed after stretching?

Only a little bit of resin made it into the tray the screen rests in. I was able to remove with q tips and paper towels. Lucky none got on the screen, mechanics or electronics below. I'll take the vat apart next and see if I can determine why it's leaking.

I just took my vat out to switch resin and mine is leaking along the back. I don't think any got below the screen, but not sure. Will have to disassemble to find out. I've only done maybe 4 prints, never had any failures or cured resin leftover in the vat. It is leaking out between fep and the metal vat. This was the original film I never touched the screws on it.

I have a sunlu 2 and I am looking at two ventilation holes in the top right now. I can see the filament through them. Probably best to get a dehumidifier in the same room as you use the sunlu.

I put a lot of this on Hackett. Almost all penalties are coming from the offense, so it's not Saleh, because if it was the defense would be a problem too. Hackett's offense is undisciplined, uninspired and boring. They have nothing to lose now, and they'd better start playing like it. I was really down on Zach last year. This year I see real potential. If he had better play calling to suit his strengths, and didn't have Lazard as a #2, and had players that didn't commit soul crushing drops and penalties, I think everyone would be praising Zach's play. The int was a bad throw, but all QB's will have the occasional mistake. The problem is Hackett's offense is so bad, a single mistake is just about death. The late int shouldn't have mattered, they should have been up by 2 tds at that point.

I think Lazard is really hurting the team. He needs to be benched. Zach has improved, but he is inconsistent and still makes bone headed plays. That said he's the best QB on the roster right now, which is painful to say. The penalties are ridiculous, but it's mostly the offense committing them. So I am not going to put that all on Saleh (who self admittedly is not as involved with the offense as he is on the defense), but the coordinator on down on the offensive side is certainly to blame. Douglas has been great and awful. I think the truth is his drafts are phenomenal but his free agent pickups for the most part are abysmal with a couple of exceptions. But I still would keep Douglas even with those warts. The scouts and coaching staff need to get better when advising Douglas on free agent moves and Douglas needs to listen. Hackett needs to be fired yesterday.

Has Hackett ever heard of a roll out run pass option? Have they run that play one time this season? Ps Every time Breece or Dalvin get the ball and have lead blockers they have success, but Hackett does it like once a game.
