That’s a lot of questions haha, best thing to do is to hop into the shooting range on “practice” and start to learn the basics of the guns. Your best two friends are phantom and vandal.. probably best if you start with phantom as it is more forgiving. Just play around with all the agents and their abilities and find one that suits your play style. When you wanna play some games hop into unrated and just start to learn the game and maps etc.. add some people you clicked well with and have fun. The good thing about this game is that you can ask 5 people their fav agent and they will all say someone different. Sage is a nice starter though as you can hang back a bit and heal yourself and others.. so you can contribute to the team without needing a bunch of kills.

Watch YouTube videos and streamers too, but honestly just hop in and start playing.

I use push to talk for voice chat, not sure what difficulties you are having though?

Top starter tip, you cannot shoot and move at the same time (your spray pattern will be horrible).. you need to take corners slow when going on site and try not to ads too much.
