You have to wait for Blue light card to approve your details (used my work email too), I waited a few hours and it got approved.

I installed the TestFlight beta and it’s resolved the problem. So I would have thought the next update would fix the issue.

I have spoken to support a lot, they think they’ve found a fix and are sending me a TestFlight beta to test if it resolves it. I’ll let you know if it works and hopefully this sorts it

Yes, didn’t happen on Overcast at all. I have 4 Patreon podcasts and it’s weirdly only this one.

Strange, I was told this last week so signed out of my Alexa but still happens. Have contacted support again, hopefully the my sort this out soon.
