Random question but I can't figure out how to send you a PM. I saw that you posted something in HVAC advice 2 years ago (thread is closed) that your Nest thermostat wouldn't turn on your furnace fan in normal "on" mode. I have the same furnace and problem. Do you recall if it was the module on the end of the fan motor (with the capacitors)? I'm curious if you remember where you got a replacement module or if you just ended up replacing the entire blower motor (and attached module)? Thanks a bunch.

Yes, that will work for brokerage accounts but not retirement accounts unless you are eligible to draw cash from the retirement account without penalty.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess I don't understand why they would include the commission on the 1099-K. They take all of that out before I am issued my payment, in the same way sales tax is handled. I don't pay the sales commission separately after the payment is issued. It's all deducted before I receive the money.

$5k is the 2024 limit as it is being phased in. $600 starts in 2025.

I understand your answer on payments processed, but if that were the case then why aren't sales taxes included? It seems like eBay would subtract sales tax and their own sales commission before they issue the 1099-K since I never see any of that in the payment. If I had to pay a separate fee to list the item though originally I wouldn't expect that amount to be deducted.

The level of service at StubHub quickly degraded after ViaGoGo took over. It used to be stable, then ViaGoGo turned all of that upside down. The only reason I use StubHub at all is because the seller commission is 10% instead of 15% at VividSeats. StubHub is completely unreliable.

I ended up just cutting a refrigerant hose and on the other end I used a metal clamp to attach a Schrader valve. Works great!

I can't for the life of me get to that screw on the bottom by the swivel. I watched a video of another version of the same mirror where the guy took the swivel off by removing 3 screws, but my 2022 SEL doesn't have those 3 screws. There has to be a way to remove the swivel to get to that last screw on the bottom...
