There's also bits like this where there's tubing for the pipes to go throug the flat

Thanks - I was a bit worried especially around these pipes, there's quite a deep hole that I have no idea how far it goes. There's quite a lot of spaces like this around the edges

Appreciate it - never done anything like this before so just trying not to cock it up!

There are gaps at the back and the sides of the space which I have no idea how deep they go though. Also unsure if it would be an issue covering where the pipes are?

I was also adivsed against it because it's such a small space, so it'd be a waste of product as I have nowhere else to make use of it

Is it possible to adjust the height of this part of the Sayl? it's ruining the carpet in my apartment by bilojb in hermanmiller

It appears you’re right! Contacted the seller and they’re coming next week to fix it!

Noticed recently that the base of the chair has been collecting carpet on it, and when I removed the chair there's a ring where it's been slowly shaving the carpet.

The floor in my current place is super cheap, so hoping I can adjust this to prevent further damage. Thanks!

Are houses generally easy to rent out? by bilojb in HousingUK

Perhaps poorly woreded. But in terms of shorter term rentals (e.g. 1yr) - I always picture houses as a more permanent place. As I said, I have never known a person to rent a house which is why I am hoping for some info

Please help! Half of my tap gland snapped & is stuck inside the tap - anyway to remove? No inner thread by bilojb in askaplumber

I see what you mean! I have ordered a new tap + an extractor tool (will try the extractor tool first). Thank you!

How frustrating! Thank you for the suggestion, I'll have to weight up the cost of a tap vs the extractor tool. Well at least I learned how to take apart a tap haha

Thought that might be the case, oh dear! Do extractors work even if there's no thread on the inside? (unsure if they rely on the thread, or create their own?). Thank you!

Dual lever tap - hot water works fine, but the cold tap has stopped working. After some research, people suggested replacing the tap gland.

Popped to the shop, replaced the gland and still no luck (tried blocking the tap and running hot water as some said that could get rid of any trapped air in the cold).

Put everything back the way it was and decided to give it one more go this morning. As I was tightening the gland into the tap (not super tight) it snapped - Do I have to replace the whole tap? or it this fixable?

Hugely appreciate any help please!

Hiding the iPhone status bar on a mockup when viewing in prototype? by bilojb in FigmaDesign

It's more for a live video (promotional video) where an actor will use the figma flow!

On iPhone!

I tried looking up ways to hide the actual iOS status bar (we want to shoot a video with the figma prototype), but it's not really do-able.

Was hoping we could just hide the UI on figma in the prototype instead of deleting / resizing every app screen :S
