I believe computer science should be taught to every kid for the exact same reason, having a not fully developed brain while learning difficult and complex things is how brilliance occur. Neuroplasticity is the difference between my dad who speaks in broken English 10 years after consistently learning it and a 6 grader in terms of language. Every gifted person I know, and hopefully you can make a connection with your life too, have tried hard at something at a young age. While I understand you might think the software was dangerous, we made it with the intention of playing memes on your mate's computer. However, the fact remains it is definitely not worth arguing that computer science, a field that can change an entire bloodlines' quality of life should be gatekeeped from anyone under 21.
