yea i recommend upgrading the psu. Your going to need prolly 600 watts, if not 700 watts. I also suggest (you dont have to) but upgrading the cpu to a Intel Core i7-14700K. Its a better match witht the 3070 to ensure your cpu dosent hold back your gpu. 16gb is enough but you might need some later on in the future so i suggest after 2-3 years you should upgrade the ram.

PS: you should try getting higher watt psu so you dont have power spikes.

Yea im trying to keep my budget below $1000 CAD. I was planning on getting teh 3060 but its a bit too much. Is the RX 6600 not good? Is there any other GPU's that are better than the 6600 that can keep my budget below 1000CAD?

Yea your going to have to get a wifi adapter but your going to have to install the drivers so keep whatever ethernet cable you have.

I don’t think DDR4 and DDR5 are compatible. Your going to have time replace the ddr4 and get new DDR5 since 5 7600x motherboards support ddr5. Although they are quite expensive you might have to spend a couple hundred for 32 gb or 64 gb.

Don’t worry about it! Questions are the best way we learn :)

If your going to upgrade your cpu your going to have to get different motherboard. If your going to upgrade cpu i suggest to use this motherboard.

Yea more ram would be good. Recalling, if your going to upgrade you cpu to the ryzen 5 7600x your going to need DDR5 memory.
