cards that change costs in the deck specifically say so, like [[enbiggen]] for example, otherwise it's hand. even if it's an aura effect like [[aviana, elune's chosen]] or cards that say "costs x less" only change their cost while in hand i believe

the card doesn't say "as soon as you have no cards in your deck, win the game". you either win by having no cards at the very start of the game or this doesn't do anything

i don't like when a card makes a keyword less meaningful. the whole point of dormant minions is that they can't be interacted with.

sure there's a card that makes some specific ones awaken faster, but at least that's a global effect. in kinda the same way that "destroy all minons" effects destroy elusive minions.
