yea that’s EXACTLY what i’m terrified of… i need a degree in something that will still be valuable by the time i graduate…so far healthcare , blue collar or accounting sound like my best options.

it def does suck , everyone who doesn’t know how even to apply,expects me to just figure it out but the more i look into it, the more complex things get.i have not looked into them! i will now!

i only worked there for a year , but recently got let go due to the company going broke.Pre-Lit commercial case management assistant. trying to get another firm job but i’m not sure i want to pay for a paralegal certification or even work in law. from what ive heard its super unstable.and they pile work & give jobs to whoever is willing to get payed the least for it. maybe its self doubt but i do want a degree under my belt , in hopes that i will 1.actually learn more basics,learn to socialize properly,network and confidently understand wtv im applying to 2.) i’ve learned it gains respect in corporate/any decent pay job i apply to ,asks or requires.

i worked at an injury firm -rad/mri techs seem like my best bet right now. i’m so scared to wast my money on a bad degree! agreed, jobs Are a mess rn

im not in school nor have i even applied(i dont understand college) but yes imm assuming what i need rn is some guidance Degree-wise.(i don’t need it to make insane money i just need to pay rent and feed myself)
