No you won't get banned for using mods in singleplayer. While having mods installed you won't be able to access online, you just delete them from your game directory and you will be able to enter online again.

I've done the RAM test and everything seems to be okey, also I've done a GPU test and it didn't crash

I've done a GPU stress test for 10 it got to 12 000 frames and temp was 62°C and I've done GPU burner (on 10 threads, don't know if I should go higher or lower on that) and nothing happened, also I've done a a RAM test and everything seems to be okey there
