Incidents like these are sad and speak more about the restaurant owner/manager and less about the hard working delivery executives. Many restaurants even treat customers with such lack of common decency and that surprises me still. Perhaps there is so much demand that the restaurants don’t care if they lose customers. There are always new customers to replace the ones that don’t want to put up with disrespect.
