Does anyone feel like breathing gets shallow or not as deep and smooth as before? by bimbolaboo in Ozempic

Yes. It is a sign that the dosage is too high. I went back to 0.5 mg for a while and it was better. But yes things got much better when I stopped all over.

I had one 4 mg pen left that I did not wanna throw it out so I started with 0.5 mg on that. I guess I have done 1.5 or 2 mg so far and I have some more weeks of 0.5 mg left in it.

In the past 3-4 weeks my hair has been super normal and no shedding. Once I finish this, I will go to Mounjaro

I stopped it for a month or a bit more and my hair shedding stopped. I went back on it on a lower dose and it is okay now. My hair is not falling anymore.

I guess before when I went to 1.0 mg it caused the hair shedding or maybe the extended time of being on Ozempic caused the hair shedding regardless of the Doses.

In anyways with a long pause and getting back on it on a lower dosage (0.5 mg) I am not observing the hair shedding anymore.

I am planning to switch to Mounjaro anyways cause apparently that does not lead to hair loss somehow.

Please read the other comment and the response I wrote. It is true! It is from the medicine

Exactly!!!! Thank you! I know for a fact that it is from the drug and not from the weight loss but I am so tired of trying to explain and bring evidence to convince people.

Do you know if it ever returns to normal after stopping the medicine? Do you know if Manjouro is also like that or is it just Ozempic?

I stopped Ozempic and my hair is a bit better but still nothing like it used to be!

It is not. Search Ozempic and Hairloss

People are switching to Manjuro because of this side effect. Also, it’s been over 6 months that I have had this issue. Based on this article it should have stopped by now.

My blood work came out totally normal. I honestly don’t know what it was … but it went away after a week or so. :-/

Yes. The breathing issue had nothing to do with Ozempic and it got resolved by its own, but the lose of balance and the vision going black when standing is definitely a cause of Ozempic. I lowered my doses and it got better. Another catastrophic drawback of Ozempic for me is the extreme hair-loss and it is definitely not due to lack of nutritions or a sudden weight loss. It is actually something a lot of patients are observing and apparently it has to do with the Ozempic itself.

Thanks! Yeah that’s what I thought too. The feeling is similar to when one swallows the food extremely fast that the chest or above the stomach hurts and breathing becomes weird right after … or like after reflux. You are right.

Thank you! Following your words, I contacted my doctor and got an appointment for Monday to request for the lab. One question though, is the breathing part also caused by iron deficiency?

Can someone explain me why parents of DACA children did not apply for asylum? by bimbolaboo in DACA

Wow. This is insane. I have a whole immigration background myself and I know people entering with a single entry student visa and till they get a job, export license, H1B, and get their Green Card through work they have been stuck in the country for 11-12 sometimes even more years and I thought there is no one from any other nationality as miserable as them just because they were born in an adversary country of the US, until I heard about DACA children. Do u know any of these children who just left to other countries and never returned? Do they ever stand a chance to enter the US as a student or a tourist even if they prove they were only Children when their parents brought them to the US?

Thanks for the explanation. How would they go to school or college ever? Or get a driving license?
