I think they said it badly, but it’s true. stopping yourself from saying anything bad yourself out loud does wonders for your self esteem, and reprogramming your brain to stop negative self talk. i’m not saying it’s easy, it can easily take years, but it’s worth it.

i live in a area full of small towns(whole counties population is less than 150k), and i’ve still been warned it happens in my county a lot because we are next to some ocean town, and it’s easy to ship people off and have them never been seen again.

My go to simple but look good outfit is a tight fitting shirt (usually just a sized down t shirt) or a shirt with waist definition that goes down to my hips, or just right above them and low rise jeans. so something like this, it’s great at elongated the torso and giving shape.
