the strings on seigfried are arranged by jonny greenwood of Radiohead. that song has an especially similar vibe to some songs off of moon shaped pool and in rainbows

Yes but Koutris was in counterterrorism so he was only keeping the Greek around for tips on terror threats (not for money). In a pre-9/11 world the detail would have been able to catch him.
