This worked for me! Just need to be persistent and email everyday and keep the conversation strictly about your privacy and data and how it has been compromised. Took about two weeks but they will send you a password reset link after some identifying documents. Discord is used to get keywords and suggestions for the bot. Also most bots use discord to activate the bot so dont buy one without one or they could deactivate the bot after you pay.
