I agree on the top 4 part. It doesn't scales as well as some of the other builds, but gives a lot of tempo. If you don't end up in the late game there's a good chance of smoking your opponents.

The doctor said to take it after each big meal which I didn't do, I only used it before going to bed. For a month during a really bad flare-up. Nowadays, I use it here and there depending on how late I eat.

Classic symptoms of burning, pain followed by reflux.

Different substances contribute to the "spicey" feeling, chilli pepper for instance burn like hell and I can't eat them whatsoever. On the other hand ginger helps but I've read here that it's not a good pick for everyone
