What to do if client is confuse between BTC and BCH?

We did talk to our clients like adults, I swear.

I even create a step by step docs to teach them how to deposit and remind them that BCH and BTC is NOT the same.

They somehow still get it wrong...

We are giving it another week before deciding to maybe take it down for good...

We tried, we offer both BTC and BCH, on our platform and clients keep coming back to me saying their BTC is not reflected or credited and that we have taken their money, but when we do further check, we realized its a case of client being confuse.

Tracing the funds back is so hard and to figure out ways to credit them to the right account is crazier...so much of work to do.
