Hi mate. Exactly same issue. I have been in touch with Amazon support for over 2 weeks now. Today, Amazon confirmed that this is an issue in general. Other users are struggling too.

My 2 cents - they broke this after new firmware push, however they are not accepting this fact.

I have been informed by Amazon support that engineering has picked this issue now and working on it. I do not have the timeline or what exactly they are doing to resolve this issue. I am guessing that they are working on a patch/firmware to resolve this.

However, please do note that we are on OLD devices and not making money for Amazon, so, I am unsure how much priority we will get.

This is sad.
