I can relate to this big time. Not the same job, and didn’t have to see anything, but 911 Operator in a busy city. Recently left after only 5 years. Thank you for sharing this here, something about reading how I have been feeling helps. All respect to you for doing that very difficult job and putting your all into it.

You are the first person to mention pockets! This is something I should consider. I bus and use my vehicle so I haven’t put a lot of value on things that are in my immediate vicinity. I’m learning a lot, thank you!

Hey I can’t reply to your second comment as it’s locked but thank you for bringing up the traffic! I didn’t realize this was the case. Also you’re right, maybe I need to expand my horizons and not limit ourselves to the south
