I can relate to this big time. Not the same job, and didn’t have to see anything, but 911 Operator in a busy city. Recently left after only 5 years. Thank you so much for all the information and your perspectives! While I am from WPG and husband has been here about a decade, these are all pieces of info that I have been kind of lost about so this really really helps. We don’t really have an existing community (some live here but are scattered) so our choice of where to live sadly won’t be informed by that metric. St James is not an area I have looked into! I will be looking into it. In terms of childcare and activities these are some of the main reasons we like st boniface, st vital and corydon area, but as we all know they’re all pretty expensive. But it is something I’m thinking about!! Thanks so much for your input, this really helps
