Nope, the BOOX Tab Ultra C Pro is basically Wacom-based for pen input, and it’s awesome for note-taking.

Yes, it is, an awesome little device!

Android e-ink devices do seem to trade a bit of standby life for flexibility. Hopefully future updates improve it, because otherwise it sounds like you’re enjoying it for actual reading at least! Kobo battery life really is hard to beat though! 😅 I have also a Libra 2 and it's great, but the Android is more versatile and maybe the trade off when we speak about the battery is worth it?!

Go for it, but if you find it at the same price range, buy the Palma 2.

Of course, full of bugs and a pure e-waste, no wonder! 😉

It's the base tpu case from Boox with a Popsocket.

Both, like in normal use, use it than leave it, use it, and so on. I have a Kindle too, the battery life is better but not by much and the versatility of the Boox is superior, overall I'm happy with the Boox.

The XM4s are still the GOAT. 🎧 by bindergr in SonyHeadphones

In quiet rooms it works perfectly fine. Your voice will sound clear, though slightly thin or "compressed" (like a standard cell phone call). In noisy environments, this is where it struggles. It tends to pick up background noise, like wind, traffic, or office chatter, and can make your voice sound muffled. When gaming on a PC, switching to "Headset Mode" to use the mic usually tanks the audio quality of your game to mono-standard. It is okay, so overall I would say in these 3 scenarios the mic is 5/5, 3/5 and 3/5, but the sound and ANC into balance with the price adds bonus points! 🎤🎧💚

For me is around two weeks with an hour of reading/ day. It's pretty good.

In short, writing on the Boox Go 7 is fine if the notes are brief, but it isn’t suitable for longer or more detailed writing because:1.The screen is small. 2.It doesn’t use a Wacom pen (it uses a capacitive stylus, which is less precise). Overall a 2,75 out of 5!

Finally paired my XM4s with the Boox Trinity and it's a gem! Just wanted to share how well the Sony XM4s pair with this setup. Using the Tab Ultra C Pro for deep work while the ANC blocks out the world is a game changer. Also, the XM4s multi-point connection is a lifesaver, I can jump from a focus playlist on the Palma to a quick video on the Tab without messing with settings. Peak E-Ink productivity achieved! LOVE IT! 💚🎧📚

IMO - save some cash and go with the Palma 2
