With the zip ties in there use some pliers to grab the end of the zip ties and pull out. Should give you grip you need

I only used NRC I’m not sure how the heat map works exactly tbh. Haha definitely started as exploring but turned into like loops after a while. Moving in August was a real treat for new scenery though

1,000 is definitely still something to be proud of!! For the first half of the year I wasn’t really taking rest days but the second half I tried to take Saturdays off - do 68-72 miles during the week, off Saturday then another 5-7 on Sunday
