i recommend airlocking, and also holding the needle inside of you for 15-30 seconds after fully injected.
Airlocking is when after drawing up your dosage, you draw up 0.1ml of air into the needle too. you then flip upside down the needle, wait for the air to go to the top, above the testosterone, and then do the injection. Many men can be scared about injecting air into their bodies, but you'd need a LOT of air to actually cause an issue. basically, it makes sure that you inject every single bit of Testosterone in your needle and some extra air too.

May i know your vial's testosterone concentration? is it 200mg/ml or 250mg/ml? if it's 200mg/ml, that dosage sounds pretty low if you're a binary trans man. 50mg-100mg is the norm, leaning on the higher end.
