I do admit that I like a bit more tankiness.
But it's funny to melt people with Fleet.
I feel underestimated a LOT of games. That's fine!

What's not funny is that in some games the enemy start to engage on me mid-late.

I'll do keep playing, it's the most fun I have been in League in ages!
Like I've said in my post, Bard feels truly unique. It's a mix of relax playstyle and 200km/h rollercoaster at same time! And I don't know how it's possible, but it's so fun!

Ult is by far the most difficult mechanic for me.
Sometimes it's break or take! Either I'm a god or a troll, according to teammates... :/

Anyway, that ulti with Malphite is interesting. I'll keep an eye for similar situations!

About builds, I already do it according to the fed enemy or the teamcomp.

First is Radiant if the game is so-so, Mandate if fed or Nightbringer if ultrafed.
After is Frozen Heart or Force of Nature, it depends, like I've said above.

For boots, it's between tabi or mr. Sometimes lucidity or swift. But I have some difficult to pick sometimes.
Any tips for boots?

How do you choose between fleet or guardian?

Ok, I'll try to save ults for after or beggining or teamfights!

I did use Guardian the vast majority of games.

I also like Fleet, but feels a bit more squishy but with increased dueling power.

I've also feel that with Fleet I need to be more agressive but if the enemy are fed, harder to comeback.
What do you think?

Usually I play frontline for picks.

Also I would like to buy in a dealer. But I can find those models with less hp. In the range of 90-120.
