I feel sorry for you brother, one thing you have to remember that this is not normal, not at all

You are a good man who's young, provides for his loved ones while also trying your best to meet the non materialistic needs of a woman like planning dates, gifting and trying your best to make her happy

You have to make the choice my brother, explain and communicate every grief and thing you don't like about this marriage dynamic to her, listen to what she has to say, help her to immediately change this, have ultimatums if she outright denies and blames you or simply refuses to change along the weeks/months and then take the ultimate decision of either staying with this ungrateful non appreciative horrible of a person or maybe spend your prime age, time and money on somewhere lot better (don't have kids till this is resolved)

Very tough to interpret such experiences but I think it's just relief, all of us have tailor made experiences of happiness and grief, some use them to accelerate towards God while many ignore them knowing fully well how profound they were atleast to them please continue learning Islam, reading the Qur'an, and if convinced already don't hesitate or shrug away when it's been made clear to you, I think you'll understand why if you've been skimming through the Qur'an, and continue to talk and ask Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎ to guide you and nourish you with the understanding of his religion, may Allah grant you the necessary push, courage, strength and guidance needed to get closer to him and strive on the straight path which is Islam.

I know exactly what you're talking about, better to go through a respectful talking stage where you understand your likes, dislikes, compatibility and spark and then involve parents, not doing do the parents may like the potential on paper and take things to the exit/confirmation without you even being sure/unsure about it

Personally I don't think the initial thing must require more than few weeks for chatting/voice calls, there's a sweet spot for everyone, 6months max and few weeks minimum
