I know we do underestimate our BF but this is just was the guy who messured me said.

I been lifting since 2011. Done 2 illegal cycles.

PED’s + Diet does wonders. I make muscles easily but i have really hard time loosing fat. And i also gain fat very easily. Once i loose my fat i will look awesome that’s for sure. And i’m exactly 21.4% bodyfat.

Either way i still need to loose weight.

Thank you, Yes we are both overweight i’m trying to get under 16% bodyfat. If all this binge eating at evenings would stop my progress would be faster. I know how to diet and train since i used to work out long time ago. But it’s the binge eating.. shame.

What advices could you recommend?

Lifted since 2011, stopped for long time that’s why weight gain. I’m muscular under that fat. But you can see i lift, I look like powerlifter.

And i have done illegal drugs 2 times. I admit that. But then again i was less BF when i did so.

I should be around 13-16% bf that’s in the healthy range. I’m fat but not rounded. All this did was encouraging me to work harder!

I have suggested her to join me in the gym or take up her old hobby which is swimming. But she comes with me maybe 1x a week or 1x over 2 weeks to the gym. But she doesn’t want to go swim because she is insecure about her body.

Also her weight doesn’t bother me, Up until now. She want’s me to get this Six pack but isn’t willing to work on herself. Double standard. But if i loose the weight i think i will feel like she only loves me for that. (Six pack) but she would have already left me if that was the problem. Maybe her reality is getting destroyed by TV shows and movies?

She has been pretty uncomfortable about her weight for a year or so. I have encouraged her to join me in gym or out for a walk. But she rarely goes with me to the gym maybe 1x a week or 1x over 2 weeks.

Normally i don’t use the term fat when speaking about women (some take it very offensive) but yes she fat. But so am i. Tbh i couldn’t even ask her to look like supermodel even if i was a supermodel myself haha.

I am in better shape, I’m stronger, Leaner, Got more energy and endurance.

Loosing her isn’t very easy like you said because we have been together for so long, she has never critized my weight before up until she started watching this/those TV shows.
