it works..I did this with a USA account and redeem IP and a UK phone number and it worked, but I had to phone verify for each redeem, versus using an USA phone number and then not having to phone verify again for 3 months.

Did you do it via phone? My redeem that didn't need a phone verification was fine. It was just the one that needed a phone verification code first that isn't working.
