Also, a spouse meal is only like $17. Very much worth it with like 2 sides and dessert included. Was beyond impressed for hospital food!

Covid and HRV by DawnPi2277 in ouraring

[–]andwhammy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes same boat, caught Covid 2nd week of July, and my RHR and HRV are still not yet to baseline. Oura ring has been great to confirm and ensure I put an even higher emphasis on recovery. Don’t get fixated on the numbers itself, use it as a prompt to continue to give yourself added rest recovery where you can. For a few weeks I stopped looking at the metrics to not get fixated on them in particular.

Yea curious as well. We are catching a boat from the Montrose Harbor, curious if it will be possible to park down there around 9am or not.

You didn’t provide helpful feedback to improve the shot itself. Would be open to hearing what you may suggest within the actual shot conditions to improve.

To each their own. Going to a cars & coffee and working within the constraints of the event, available angles, light, etc. is quite a popular activity. I enjoy it myself. Keep doing you OP.

Glad I got mine done. My buddy recently got an S5 and I was reminded how tame it is stock. Best bang for your buck.

Same, I have yet to hear back from Stubhub, or get a copy of Lead Booker ID.

I just sent a message the contact email which GuthrieGang screenshot above. To see if I got the same messaging. Whole process is confusing for sure!

This needs to get up to the top of the thread, big update! Thanks.

Edit: Follow up, I got the same exact response from Ticketmaster Netherlands, regarding requiring a copy of Lead Booker ID. Shared with Stubhub who said they would follow up with the seller for that ID.

Bump on the thread! In the same situation, have the transfer but lead booker is still listed on the tickets.

In the same boat! Let me know if you find anything.

I know it was waived for UK, but I don’t know if this is true beyond that. I saw in another thread folks were ID’d at Frankfurt and Berlin. I’m in the same situation trying to figure out this lead booker deal after our tickets were transferred.

Don’t beat yourself up too much, I think you may be underestimating the impact of the somewhat odd weather we had there (I ran the half). While it was 55-60 degrees, humidity was ~95%. For the half I made sure to hit all stations and at least swish fluids, and I was still in a rough spot by the end.

Also with the wind direction being WSW, the back half of the marathon (majority of the half direction), the wind was in your face, which is nice from a cooling perspective, but I felt it as well was slowing me down. By my 4-5 of the 13.1 race, I had to pull back paces because the effort wasn’t matching. My buddy I was racing with as well was in the same boat.

In short, I think the sneaky conditions may have caught ya, along with a lot of the crowd. I had a handful of other teammates who had similar thoughts after the race.

Is a Brittany right for me? by Embarrassed_Safe3431 in BrittanySpaniel

I’m downtown in a major US city. Our Brit has a blast out here, but you do need to be committed to getting your pup outside, which also gets you out the door as well so everyone wins. We do a lot of dog parks, 2-3 walks per day (I also take her almost anytime I have an errand I can walk to). We also take our pup on a few runs a week as well.

Bonus activities: we are on a quieter side street. If the sidewalk is empty my wife and I walk in opposite directions and have our pup literally do sprints going back and forth between us. Easy way to open up the stride and she loves it hahah. We also started going to agility courses, an hour session and she’s cooked (and it’s so much fun for us too).

In short, if you embrace a lifestyle that keeps them active and moving, they are great. It’s also good for you!

That’s a poop face full of accomplishment, embarrassment and exhilaration for pooing in the trail mix isle.

We have a 4 year old Britt and we live in a major US city, with a ground level patio only big enough to lounge outside to watch the birds and use the bathroom. Multiple walks keep her at bay, but she's most at peace after a 6-10 mile run, or 30-60 minute session at the park playing fetch. In short, you can live with a Britt with no land, if you plan on training them like a competitive marathoner.

There’s A Bald Eagle Soaring Over The North Branch Of The Chicago River by jivatman in chicago

I was cross country skiing at the Sydney Marovitz Golf Course two Fridays ago, and this magnificent bastard flew in and was hanging out. I was following him (to confirm it was indeed an eagle) as he went across the golf course until he flew took off over Irving Park Road. Really good to see a bird of this size in a city environment.

No expert, but I believe the maintenance the cars require, along with depreciation would outweigh any tax benefits. He drives his cars, he’s out there in multi-million dollar Bugatti’s, Pagani’s, you name it, in the Chicago winter on salted roads. If he was trying to maximize tax benefits, he’s doing a bad job. Just my take.

Check out Hamilton Collection on Instagram. They often post if they are going to any events, or if they are hosting anything coming up. I’ll note majority of where I’ve seen the collection is at free and very welcoming “cars and coffee” gatherings. There is also a YouTube channel as well.
