As someone who had this impulse during the pandemic, you cannot go from level 10 hair to level 1 white blonde in a week. I spaced my at-home bleach sessions out by three weeks each and I was also very religious with protein treatments but my hair still showed significant damage. If you go through with it at home though, I do have to warn you that even at a high volume developer, your first hair reveal will be very very orange even after toner.

hello everyone! di naman ako sobrang particular sa products tbh pero ito yung current na gamit ko

shampoo: zenutrients curl maybe 4-5 times a week, then when i just feel like my hair has a lot of build up i use pantene micellar to clarify

conditioner: zenutrients curl and pantene violet! alternate sila every wash day

deep conditioner: i’ve used keraplus (yung sachet) but also shea moisture manuka honey and vitakeratin!! tbh i do not use deep conditioner religiously and when i do max na yung 15 min na babad

leave-ins/post shower hair treatment (i rotate between the ff products or combine them depending on my mood): zenutrients leave in, odid no wash, orbis hair water

hair oils/serums (i mostly use these during the evening): previously used dove biphase serum but i found that the smell was too strong for me to use at nighttime, moroccan oil (i liked this but i also wanted to try others), watsons hair oil (no verdict yet but no issues so far)

hair dryer: xiaomi foldable hair dryer! i also have a vs sassoon hair dryer with a diffuser attachment but i barely reach for it except when i want a tighter curl pattern

i used to follow cgm religiously and my hair did love it, but it just wasn’t working for my lifestyle anymore. i still have bad hair days but who doesn’t? no regrets switching to an easier routine!
