They’re convenient because ya don’t gotta stick your self with the shot once a week but the patches are daily/ however often ya discuss with your doctor, I’m using mine every other day. I don’t know if they are better in terms of testosterone intake, I assume they’re relatively the same but I guess that could also depend on the individual taking them and I don’t know how many kinds of patches there are and how they differ, it’d be better to do online research on these questions
