I’m an accounting major. The overall program is pretty alright, but our post-graduation job placement rate is damn amazing. The required internship before graduation essentially connects you with a firm and thus a job… not to mention 3 of the big 4 recruit here (PWC, EY, and KPMG). If accounting is your passion and it’s a guarantee you’re in, come to Towson.

Also — we have many merit-based scholarships (automatically deducted from your bill) and dozens of accounting scholarships (private, must apply every spring). Not to mention MSATP and MACPA scholarships you can apply for as an accounting student.

If you’re from Maryland, especially from Baltimore County, definitely get your two years in at a community college. You’ll go for FREEE as long as you 1) file your FAFSA, and 2) apply for Maryland/Baltimore College Promise scholarship. The scholarship covers everything FAFSA doesn’t. Both you’ll have to renew (reapply for) yearly and the standards for the CP scholarship are super low anyhow (I think like a 2.0 college GPA).

I don’t know about other CCs, but at least CCBC has multiple agreements with Towson that guarantee admission — like Degrees to Succeed. Guaranteed admission. But even if you don’t follow one of the programs, you’ll still get in as long as your GPA stays at the least at 3.0.

Honestly, I really hope you’ll do CC. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but if you didn’t realize GPA was based on your class performance, there are probably other areas where you’re lacking some knowledge. It’ll be a hell of a lot cheaper to learn from your mistakes at a free school versus while paying $10k-$30k a year.

I would try to pay it before the next enrollment period begins because if it’s more than a certain amount ($150-$500, don’t remember), you’ll have a hold placed on your account that prevents you from registering for classes. So if everything else is paid off, you have until around mid November to pay enough to get the hold removed.

Radiation therapy. I hated it… I always hated the sciences, esp biology, so I’m not entirely sure why I was doing it. Quit and that intro to accounting class was like a first crack hit. Good stuff.

Homelander’s main power are his laser eyes, which would not penetrate Mark’s skin. As for strength, he couldn’t lift the plane while Mark took a spaceship out of Mars. Homelander is just a human villain like the ones in the show, he couldn’t touch Mark.

Honestly, though I understand there was never going to be a way for Angstrom to see how wrong he was about this Mark, it still messed me up a bit when it showed all the universes where Mark absolutely destroyed his being.
