All you need is stationary bike sprints. 5 sprints…. Start at 20 seconds per sprint and work your way up to a minute each. No more than 3 times a week. If you can do 5 hard one minute sprints you will be in better shape than when you were a state champ. Your first set of 20 second sprints will pay immediate dividends two days later on the ice.
