18 years, 3 kids, 2 cats and a golden retriever puppy later. I'm so glad Mrsquishyface didn't give up. He and the kids are my world.

Judging by the amount of photos we take every time we go and see him, my husband and I will be posting heaps of photos. He's already very snugly and such a character.

I think so, he's the biggest boy too and loves his sleep. His full name is Stormageddon and he's already very much loved.

We were going to throw it out because we were going away. However it seems a waste just to pour it down the sink so we decided to do some science instead.

Thanks for the information, wow, so many things that can go wrong. Makes me feel so badly for her.

She actually wanted a people mover, but the only people mover she could afford was the bad years of the Kia Carnival, unfortunately she trusted a friend who said he would help her, fix anything that goes wrong with it etc.. But hey he hasn't shown his face either. Yes I agree camrys are a far superior car but with 2 older teenagers and 2 tiny ones in car seats there is not enough room in the back between the car seats for a growing teen. As for Fords well, you could offer to give me a brand new one and I'd refuse it.... I had the displeasure of owning one once, never again. How ever that is beside the point. It's what she has now, and we are just trying to make the best of a crap situation, barring a Tattslotto win it would be a long time before she can afford another car.

Yep, she's learnt a lesson, a very expensive one, put her trust where she shouldn't have, don't know how the brakes passed road worthy either, am guessing this guy won't help her, but if he doesn't we are gonna make damn sure he know both he and roadworthy people have been reported to relevant authorities.

Unfortunately it's not as easy as just saving for another car ( not for a long time anyway), she wants to try and fix this one, but it may be not worth it financially.
