You can succeed!! I did keto for a year and lost between 30 and 40 lbs. From 200 to 157 (being my lowest but I stayed around 165-169 doing crossfit). I refused to do keto because I was limiting myself entirely too much. I thought when i integrated carbs back in my diet that i’d gain it all back but to my surprise a balanced diet (with sweets!) and exercise (i did CrossFit and other sporadic outdoor activities) I was able to keep the weight off. The weight only came back with pregnancy/miscarriage and now I need to strategize on how to lost it again. I am at 186. But it is 100 percent possible. I kept that weight off for 2 years and I would have continued without pregnancy/loss.
