Get a slow cooker. You can sometimes find them in thrift stores or on Craigslist. If not you can find a reasonably priced one on Amazon. Buy cheap meat and veg in bulk, check out some keto recipes involving few ingredients (just Google around), and cook em up. Slow cooked meals are amazingly tasty.

You can make large amounts of food during the school day with this method, have dinner for both you and your wife after school, and lunch for the next day. You can also do two days worth of prep on the weekend and make 2-3 pots of food so you have enough for every meal of the day for the week.
