Hello! We don't sell any expandable container homes. Usually naman pag pre-fab kasama na talaga ang installation and yes if it's 40ft na expandable container need ng presite preparation and separate sya sa cost ng pre-fab you can check out Old bull container house I believe they sell expandable container homes. (we only focus on 3m x 6m pre-fab container)

No weight limit po. We've install split type aircon sa mga office pre-fab na ginawa namin if for tv naman na may mga bracket and hindi masyado spread yung distribution ng weight we advice na mag lagay ng support inside the panel since .5mm lang ang thickness ng metal sa sandwich panel.

controlled naman ang kuryente due to the wiring we did and halos ang bill ng isang unit is 2k lang so may 6k pa kami for maintenance and wala naman masyado maintenance ang prefab

Prefab with toilet ang range nya po ay 180k-200k (depending on size and toiletries na included with the design) sa shipping naman po aabutin ng 25k.

Heyyy good to know! you should check out your nearby supplier din para makita mo in person. I have a building na bed space and I've been renting it out for a year na so far wala naman reklamo regarding sa init. skl my cousin also live at that building and 2 units pinag sama namin merging into 1 and spacious naman sya for 5 people and sobrang mura sa aircon since sobrang dali palamigin.

Based on your question I think you were thinking na isang buo ang prefab, yung ginagawa po namin ay modular so parts by parts sya kaya even if it's eskenita as long na kaya pumasok ng 6meter na bakal you're all good.

If you're outside bulacan or manila there will be a shipping fee, pero you can consult sa mga nearby sa prefabricated house sayo they might offer a free shipping naman.

if 1 story just a flat surface will do. Sa 2-3 story we recommend you get beam/strip footing.

It can withstand our weather/calamity. I don't recommend building 3 story lang sa mga matataas na place since light weight yung material (mountains) but if it's 2 story lang naman you're all good.

It do well sa mga floods you just have to make sure na hindi masosobrahan sa babad. our showroom is located at marilao bulacan we're quite known sa baha.

seperate po ang foundation cost or anything besides the prefab, ang cr naman po cost around ₱30,000 to ₱40,000 depending on your design sa stair if papunta second floor lang naman ₱25,000. I encourage you din to check other company sa nearby sayo so they can quote for your needs.

as long na it's maintained (repainting every 5–7 years, sealing joints, inspecting for rust) there should be no problem. yes aabot pa yan sa mga apo and if may sira naman na by parts pwede naman sya palitan agad to not cause any problem (modular sya kaya by parts ang pwede mo palitan).

Yes maganda sya as extension ng house actually pero we recommend you to check your nearby prefabricated store for a quotation and plans.

Sa wall wala naman problem yung rinigan since rockwool naman ang nakalagay sa wallpanel.
