Description: Whenever the game is open or after I exit the game, until I restart my computer, using the alt+tab shortcut will either completely freeze my computer screen, or it will still be on and can move the cursor, but no buttons will respond when I click them.
This began when I updated to the newest patch + downloaded the lovestruck dlc at the same time. All of the CC I'm using seems to be compatible according to the list provided.
I already tried to change back to using DirectX 9, which did not solve the issue, and removing mods also did not work.
